Hope the lawsuit opens a door or two with more details surrounding Terri and her whereabouts on June 4th 2010.
Nope... They proceedings have been delayed so many times. The last delay from what I remember was last March and it was for 3 months.
I think divorce proceedings are supposed to continue this month... I'm not sure why but this divorce is dragging. I'm sure Terri will pop her head out soon.
Poor Kyron...
I think they're hoping to get answers that they couldn't get in the divorce filing. Last I know, the divorce hearings were delayed back in March and should resume soon. Lawsuits can open up all sort of public documents that have been sealed. Here's hoping something is discovered.
Most missing children are treated the same but the added drama and circumstance + non-custody disappearance makes this particular case sensational. I see what you mean and in the end we always hope for the best.
Sigh... I wish we weren't here marking such a heart-breaking day. What happen to this little guy?? Wonder why the case is at a stand still. Something's gotta give...
While your thoughts run down the low road, I'll still be working hard to make sure missing children cases have a voice. Before you start thinking of an awesomely negative comeback, why don't you look up Hassani Campbell's case or Tarasha Benjamin's case and maybe you can turn all that negative energy into something more positive and productive for others.
Whoa... This is getting way out of hand. I don't think I'm the only person on this board who has been (for a year now) addressing my thoughts and concerns regarding Kyron's disappearance. I truly hope LE can solve this case because whether you want to believe it or not it is affecting so many people (with or without children). I'm not sure why you had to make disparaging comments about my feelings towards Kyron but at the end of the today, tomorrow and until they find Kyron - I will continue to hope for resolution.
I'm not sure if you misunderstood the statement or can't read. Or perhaps your telepathic, or psychic, and know what I do for a living??? I actually work for a non-profit organization that handles missing children cases that occurred over a one year. My team and I had hoped, yes EVERYDAY, that Kyron, as well as other missing children cases (non-family abductions) are solved before the year mark. I know in your world not very many people probably care about you, so I understand your short-sighted comment.
Not a stupid question. I said Desiree has a presence in Roseburg because there are protest, fliers and a huge billboard in Roseburg on the plight to find Kyron. Desiree and find-Kyron supporters go to Roseburg to remind Terri that Kyron is still missing. Desiree knows more than we do and gives just enough info in a media interview to justify her presence in Roseberg or even in front of Terri's parent's house. It's a very intense situation and it grows more as each day passes without Kyron.
Wow.. I remember sharing comments with you anon3333 and I can't believe it's been a year now and we're still posting our thoughts and concerns on the case. Do you think we'll ever know what LE knows? Perhaps a person of interest (even though we know who that probably is)? So heart-wrenching.
