I don't know, I'm going for Morgan on this one. Pulling for the underdog. I saw the group live at Housing Works when they did their reading a year or two ago, and Morgan had this perfectly nonchalant Valley Girl affectation that I could see working really well in this "entertainment and yoga/wellness" crowd.
and I agree with everyone above me - I need this installment of Hey Ladies like I need air.
I am super sad that she and DFC broke up (I went to her comedy shows in Williamsburg, including the one where they debuted Marcel the Shell *hipster brag*) but I looooooooove that she and Chris Evans are dating. This is probably as close as we're ever going to get to Chris Evans dating Edith.
I want to be clear that I did not at all refer to disabled people, nor did I mean to. I am curious about how my best friend (who is also a cis, white, "typical" woman) does sex - I am so curious about things that are considered taboo. I commented in reply to Selma because it seems that we have similar curiosities.
I struggle with language like this too, because I am curious to the point of being nosy, and I really want to know How Other People Do Things That I Also Do, particularly w/r/t sex. I totally got what you were saying, and I wish there were a better way to phrase it.
This is all-around wonderful. *100 emoji*
Right?! Trying to escape a raging wildfire at what appears to be ~15mph? I can't even imagine how terrifying that must be.
I have always loved the joke "Never trust anything that bleeds for 5 days and doesn't die" because it's just so OBVIOUS that women are more hardcore by nature than men are.
(with the obvious caveat that I feel TERRIBLE for LW and would not wish this on anyone)
"Oh dear," but also "oh yessssss." The best letters are always the strangest.
