I didn't just fail to read Mill On The Floss for Intro to English Lit, I went on to argue passionately about it in the following class. I don't recall what my point was, but I made it and I believe that I got away with it. It was probably some variation on The Author Is Dead, which I was very excited about at the time.

My name doppleganger is a fictional character - Alec Hardison from Leverage. This doesn't cause any difficulties in my actual life, but it does make search results very strange, especially as Google likes to assume that my real name is a misspelling.
