Judges are human and have feelings too. Both can play their parts. If I were a judge, I will put a black list on those lawyers who frequent hsntam judges and make them lose everytime they come before my court. Like you say judges listen to both sides of the argument. Who is to say the judge was wrong to decide one way or another. No happy with the judgement, then file an appeal with the higher courts. This will make the lawyers's clients to think that they have a lousy lawyer who always lose and decide to change him. Let these lawyers condemn the judges some more and if they don't have clients they may decide to close shop and become full time politicians.
