So if our advesaries know already, then why publish you might ask. He was probably pressured from other countries to come clean, and by doing so opens the American public to the "horrors" that have been used. The biggest loser here is US. We feel he is weakening our position globally. We feel he is pushing us into more debt than we could ever overcome. We feel he is making us venerable. Guess what, it is an incredible psychological operation. Make us feel weak and we most certainly will be. Allow our position to be attacked then say if we don't join a global government it will continue to happen. If we allow our weaknesses to exist and further to be exploited, then it will make incredible groups like 912 actually work FOR him. What if the point of EVERYTHING he has done is just that simple? I have a sense of honor about being a part of 912project. Dilligence is our watchword.

Honestly, if you don't think our advesaries didn't already know this, I am almost assured you are wrong. If there were illegal torture techniques being employed, it would have made world attention instantly. The fact is they may push the line but the probably don't cross it. The cool thing that will still work is these are pretty intense psychological techniques. Even if someone knows about, lets say, waterboarding, they will still feel like they are drowning. I am a service member. I too have many concerns about directions being taken. If you want to gain support and spread the word within the military I encourage (and fast) the creation of a non-profit organization. By doing this, you will be able to be registered (like Acorn) to be available for the Combined Federal Campaign. By organizing we will be able advertise in the military times, post/base newspapers, and be given the opportunity for government employees to contribute to 912project. Please organize fast. Military need a way to contribute, to communicate to our leaders.

The ones that need to be worried are those that are talking to foreign people that are doing something or potentially doing something directed against the U.S. If you are one of those, people, then worry because the "agencies" talk to each other.

Polygraphs are required at least every 3 years. As to the screening process of the job, let's just say that noone likes the idea of 20+ years in jail, so it it is better not to violate nor even come close to violating the law.

The honest first thought I had reading the main page today was about BHO authorizing alot of money for the Peace Corps. The thought that went through my head was the Hitler Youth Movement or the same thing in the former Soviet Union.

The other side of that is if someone at the NSA illegally recorded or otherwise obtained information illegally, that person would be held accountable under the law with prison terms. Having worked there, you DON'T make a move like that because there is so much oversight that it WILL be looked at and you WILL go down for it.

Don't get me wrong, I feel she should hang and if anyone abuses the classification of information, they should be held fully accountable under the law which CAN be punishable by death.

I meerly wanted to note how declassification of information is handled as well as how the NSA deals with persons with "U.S. Persons" status.

Referencing classified information, it can be classified for a day or virtually forever. It can be held at it's classified level, raised to a higher or declassified within legal parameters. A report would only EVER be released at the UNCLASSIFIED level. To release anything higher than that would be in violation of law.

The NSA only targets FOREIGN SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE. With that said, if someone the NSA has targeted comes into contact with a U.S. citizen, the conversation falls into other categories for consideration, but can still be reported on/retained and actioned upon. The NSA knows EXACTLY how far it can go. Has it gone beyond that? Of course.But the NSA has always acted on such cases with approval of the US Attorney General and/or the National Security Counsel.

Note it was dated 1993. portions are marked out and portion markings (classifications beyone UNCLASSIFIED, noted as (U) are marked out as they have been deemed downgraded to the unclassified level.
