I'm so glad to finally go into summer break. This year fun and challenging, but I'm ready for a nice long break. I had times when my grades were slipping, I cut class for the first time, got really lazy, and I tried many new things. I learned from mistakes I've made, and I'm going to come back next year, prepared for the SAT and dual credit. For now, I'm just gonna enjoy my last few days of school and welcome Summer with open arms.
Summer is sacred in my eyes. It is the release from a prison. It is an almost eternal vacation. It is freedom. Summer is magical unlike any other season in this way. It is always warm, and bright, and the free time and lack of school stress makes me feel at peace.
I have also learned from the many mistakes I have made this year. And I am going to make sure that I will be more determined and prepared for junior and senior year.
Okay, so I just finished watching episode 6 season 1 of One Piece, and I love it! I knew it was popular, but of course I didn't know why so today after school I was bored and decided to find out. I LOVE the characters most of all so far. Luffy is crazy and hungry and brave all the time. Zoro is loyal and strong and hot. Nami is clever and cunning yet sweet. The show is incredibly wild - with demon powers and constant laughter and lame badguys and all this other drama in the storyline, I'm glad I found a new show to watch this summer.
I learned alot this year about procrastination. Procrastination was my ultimate downfall this year, and it's a habit that needs to be broken. I'm going to just give a piece of advice and say don't ever procrastinate. Sure it will seem like it's ok but then it just screws you until the point that everyday you're saying "this can be done tomorrow." Don't let procrastination ruin you, beat the habit, and do your work on time.
Well, this year I got a much better taste in music. I'm into things like East Coast rap and different rap groups. My favorite groups are Black Hippy, Flatbush ZOMBiES, and A$AP Mob. But my favorite rapper individually has to be Travi$ Scott. This man never fails to amaze me. His music is gold to my ears. There are no flaws in his music, just pure gold. Anyway, I would recommend any of these rappers/groups to you.
I'm so happy that summer's about to begin! What a nice break from school I forsee in the next few days! This year has been really hard school wise, and it would be a relief not to have to wake up at 6 AM for the next three months! One thing that's keeping me from cheering full scale is the fact that some of my senior buddies are leaving, especially from orchestra. Some of them I've known for years and some I've bonded over this school year. I'm really sad, but I guess in a nostalgic way. I'll really miss them and the only thing I'll wish in the summer is being able to hang out with them, but I know they all have busy lives.
I just realized the mental countdown I have had is almost coming to an end. I just cannot believe this year is over. It's just been remarkable. I can't believe I'm gonna say this but I'm just not ready for Summer. It's come very fast and for the first time in my life I want it to go fast too. (Someone find a cure, I don't know what's wrong with me.)
It has been a good week becuase my #1 team America won. They haven't one since 2002 and now they won 2013. The game was good we were losing 2-0 but then in the last minutes of the game our defense and goalie scored the tying goals. We went into over time then to penalties and our goalie blocked two and our offense made all of them. Over all it was a really good game and we won even though through the whole game the odds were against us.
This year was a good year for me. I've made significant progress in my anime and manga watch list, and right now I'm into The Black Butler and Toradora. I've also learned quite a lot about computers this year, partly out of boredom and partly because of Computer Science. Alas, I've even moved up quite a lot in tennis, although I haven't won anything yet, but with training, all of that WILL change next year. (VARSITY!!! HERE I COME!!!) On another note, I just realized how fast this is all going by. Scary.....
Let's talk about The Walking Dead, shall we? I cannot wait! I started watching the show very late after season 3 ended and went on a marathon during the school days and caught up very fast. The show is absolutely amazing, and I am not patient enough to wait for October. I hope this next season starts to see the actual walkers as the major conflict, unlike in season 3 where the major conflict were just people.
I am also glad that summer break is coming up I just would like to relax and play volleyball. I will also be excited to start school next year as a jr for now I just want to have a memorable summer. I just can't wait to play I am also going to try to split my time during this summer. The last thing is I hope some good new movies come out this summer maybe a thriller.
Ok so here's an anecdote about my physical therapy session last week. Since I am trying to become fluent in Spanish, I often speak with Ms. Maria (one of the therapists) in her first language, Spanish, and she helps me with it. So last week I was having a conversation with her with my back to the door right before I left and I guess I sounded fluent because when I turned around, there were about 4 Hispanic people standing at the door and when I turned around they all started laughing. One of the ladies came up to me and explained that they thought I was from Mexico City, so when they saw that I was white they were quite shocked.
That's really funny. I guess when they say immersion is the best way to learn its true. This was my 3rd and final year in Spanish and I still can't hold a full conversation!
I'm so glad that Summer is finally here. I can finally have fun. This summer is going to be fun and exciting. My family is planning to go to Mexico this Summer and we might go to San Antonio we're still planning. Now what I got planned for this Summer is that I'm going to do 3 15 choreographies throughout the Summer. I'm going to be pretty busy this Summer but it's going to be fun! I hope all of y'all have an awesome Summer!
After years of hard work, my mother's friend finally had her second child today. The baby is 6 lbs., and his name is Levi. I think this is a miracle child because throughout the pregnancy there were many complications and she has miscarried before. I'm really happy that there's another new life in this world that came as a result of hard work and prayer.
Lets talk about the wonderful sport of soccer. Without a doubt it is the most popular sport in the world. Do you see a basketball or hockey world cup? Do you? No. Is baseball or football in the olympics? No they are not. Soccer is the best sport in the world. Every country in the world, with the exception of 5, have a soccer team registered under FIFA. Soccer rules the world.
Summer is finally here. I only have one more day, once school is over I am going to do all the stuff I've wanted to do since school is very stressing. I get to sleep in no more waking up at 6 am in the morning which I hate so much. I feel like this summer is going to be so much fun and i just can't wait.
Alright, so who's seen the new XBOX One. Is anybody interested in it? Sure it does have some good cool new features but Microsoft still requres you to buy a Gold membership to do anything in it. I expect the PS4 to introduce better features especially since their is still time to modify.
P.S: Ms.Martinez. I received a 10 for the Versus blog. I know it could have been a typo so would you mind revising it to fix it. I did do that blog. Microsoft VS Sony.
The XBOX one look nice, but the membership is what stops some of the players from playing online compared to PSN. I'm hoping that the PS4 would be better too. As for the name of the XBOX one, it seems like they walk back 359 steps for the name. Both consoles are really nice, so I don't mind either one as long as they have they games that I like. XD

There is a game that is coming out soon and it's call 'Tales of Xillia'. It look so amazing and I hope I would get soon. I love the Tales of series because it's so interesting. I would love to collect all the latest tales of series and maybe a remake of the old ones. Summer is here! :D
