When i was in Europe we rented a puegot. Small car since there were only myself and my girl. It was a deisel. Even europe is not doing the electric car thing. I have an 05 dodge dakota with 4.7 liter v8 a. 116,000 miles. Can;t complain since I have had to fix only a few items, new window motor, center console latch broke under warranty and they did not fix, for this I think dodge warranty sucks, they promised to fix and then lost all records of me even coming into the dealership under warranty. my exhaust is leaking around the manifold but considering I have worked day in and day out I think it is a good truck. O2 sensor went off at about 105,000 miles. To be expected. I may just keep it forever even if it is a cracked manifold. I'll find out in a few weeks when I get it torn down a bit. My next truck or second will be a ford. I have owned 2 that I bought new and worked hard. Never a problem and ford did not take one dime from the gov and under warranty they were great and fixed everything.. The reason I bought the dodge was it was the only midsize besides the toyota in 05. Heavy truck frame and sharp and quick, sporty too. Ford dually 350 is my next truck. Need to pull around 12,000#.
