I do charge my phone next to my bed, but I make it a rule to not look at it once I've gone upstairs. I don't check email, Facebook, etc. until the next morning . . . and I do typically check my email before I've even gotten out of bed! Sometimes with one eye open. Eek. Need to change that.

Sounds like an interesting read! Afternoon naps are definitely not a possibility for me, but I'm all for getting more sleep and focusing on the present . . . without a device in my hand. It's tough!

I've never heard of a dutch baby, but anything with chocolate gets a thumbs-up from me! Looks and sounds delish, and I love that it's lower-calorie -- especially great for a dessert.

I love oil absorbing tissues, too, and you're right: the cardboard packaging easily crumples in my purse. Sounds like that one's a winner! I've subscribed to Birchbox for a few years and like it, though I've rarely made any purchases past the sample stage. This sounds like a fun subscription, too.
