I joined the track and field team at school this year and I'm up against 3 girls who I know are of the best in the city. I really want to work on my leg muscles to improve my jumping and running so I have a better chance at track meets. I plan on cheerleading in university, and I need to be able to power tumble, which requires a lot of muscular endurance, and I'm sure this program will really help.
Alsooo, I would love to be able to use your program for free because my parents won't let me buy any fitness memberships to you or other businesses or buy any fitness books and I don't have a credit card. :(

I'm a 17-year old girl and I really want to be different by being stronger than the typical teenage girl with your program. I did gymnastics until I was 15 and competed provincially, but since then, I have lost some muscle and gained quite a bit of fat, especially after living in a university dorm (with good food) over the summer for a month. I started to realize that I did not have the gymnast body I had anymore and became really self-conscious, so I began to focus on getting fit at the beginning of the school year in September. Since then, I've learned tons of health and fitness facts. By working out at home, I've been able to lose 7 lbs and go from size 7 to size 3, and I've got most of my 6 pack back! I first found your website when I found a picture of you and your fiancee on another fitness website and thought, "I want to look like her!" I would rather be a super muscular girl than a skinny unmuscular girl that I see in some of my friends and my goal at this moment is to really look good for prom and summer and look even better than when I was a gymnast.
