I love those wraps. You can't find them everywhere but they are so good and so big plus full of fiber.

I'm really bad at parties! I do not eat sensibly I like to try a little of everything but I never over stuff myself.

I used to have really bad food anxiety but have gotten way better at it. I just keep telling myself enjoy life you only live once why are you sweating the small stuff.

I know eating a slice of pizza and drinking a beer won't magically show up on my body and I am smart about it the next day so I try to work at it from that angle. I also don't want to spend my life freaking out about everything.

I think I would bring a taco dip because that is what I'm craving right now. If you make it healthy no one will ever know.

praise it! It is so true in every way and it's sad that even people in the blog world will read your post just to make rude/offensive comments.

You should be so proud of yourself because honestly everyone that's passing judgment is just sad they don't have the will-power to kick a** like you are!

Fitness Magazine get me every time.

I always pull out the workout's I really like because I feel I will do them all the time and end up using them once and still adding my variation too it.

It's so true about Catchy Phrases. Sometimes I wish I was better at creating them though because it is a great marketing strategy.

target is a killer for me they always have something I "need" haha.

I usually write my workouts out for the week but switch the days up to fit my schedule better.

My favorite food I will never get sick of- cottage cheese or oatmeal
I am indifferent between coke and pepsi. I try not to drink it so I don't have a preference

I have never really gotten into the whole celebrity thing and I'm really really happy I have not.

Right now I am really enjoying bicep workouts not sure why. Thanks for those workouts though!

even though there is no cheating in your regimen right now your food still looks great.

I am def. an outside girl until it starts getting cold then it is strictly the gym. I usually try to stay away from gym memberships over the summer to save money.

My spice of choice is cinnamon - it has not changed in awhile haha
