Knowledge...learning something new. Coming to an understanding. Preferably something that is contrary to my current view and requires change of my character. This is what inspires. :)

So Every Day : is it the thought that counts?

I'm glad someone else has the same logic as I do. Actions speak louder than words. However, inaction does not mean lack of thought either.

1. I have a mesh black/white camouflage t-shirt. I have been told it makes me appear as though I am of the homosexual persuasion but, it keeps me cool, fits well, and is one of a kind. 2. Crazy by Gnarls Barkley 3. Piano. The elegant simplicity of it's sound and method soothes my soul.

So Every Day : as the pendulum swings

Lacey, I have found that the best way to keep plans is to not make them. Seriously. The more detailed a plan the more likely you are to fail it. Create vague ideas of what you want to accomplish. Abstract concepts that include a grand range of ideas that are not necessarily spelled out in great detail. This will allow you to accomplish your goal even if it wasn't PRECISELY what was in mind. For example, instead of saying "I will draw every Wednesday", try "I will draw once a week." This accomplishes the same goal but allows for greater freedom and flexibility in a schedule. Nailing down specific times, methods, or locations will limit your possibilities. Remaining abstract and general not only increases your chances of success, but it also opens the doors to possibilities that may have otherwise been missed or ignored because that event was not scheduled for that time slot.
