Emm in London : Walking Tankerton to Whitstable Harbour

I love this post! The seaside in England is hard to beat when the weather is nice. As you know I LOVE Whitstable specifically and Kent generally and I'm so glad you made the journey. I will over look the years you've neglected it and just rejoice that you now know why it is much loved. You and Molly look great and relaxed! So interesting about the huts and yes appauling that in 2016 women's bodies are still being policed so much. I may have to make a last minute visit before Canada.

Emm in London : Photo Essay: A Saturday in Brixton

Great recap. Different strokes for different folks for sure. I didn't care for Pop Brixton and I can't wait to return to the other areas which to me showcase the culture of the area. Loved the chocolate museum though and I'd love to return to that. Great photos. There is an area like this in Elephant in Castle and I think I enjoyed it more because it wasnt over run with hipsters, but where in London isn't these days?!

Emm in London : A Strange Day in Richmond

Such a shame! I was expecting a relaxing day but I guess we arrived flustered and then it was compounded with their lack of effort. Richmond was so beautiful that I need to take a few more strolls through there. It is so massive that unfortunately you can go through and not see the deer. The last time I went they were everywhere!

This is really cool. I went to that ill fated pleasure garden with David and Jen actually soon after it opened. It was a good idea but from that visit we could see many issues and no surprise it shut down so quickly.

These are beautiful. I tend not to post pictures of London when its grey out but you know even then it is still stunning. I've taken inspiration from you! Today went on a chilly walk in the city and even though it was grey I almost saw it with new eyes. Either way happy it is now past the longest day of winter and there is some light at 4:00 pm.

Emm in London : Finding Myself in Paris

This is such a beautiful post. This photo of you is amazing, I notice the sparkle in your eyes but we are always our own harshest critics aren't we? Sounds like Paris was a deeply emotional trip but one that was really rewarding. Being alone is generally what I need to clear my thoughts and compose myself. I am equally super social and a bit of a hermit. Balances out most of the time.

This is really great. I didn't realize it was all coming to an end so quickly. I will make myself go on one of the trails this weekend. About the hobbies, no tips for you my dear as I think about not blogging often as well. But I think just take a break when you need it and and go back when you feel the motivation.

Emm in London : The Grandeur of the Duomo di Milano

So nice to see what it looks like inside! When I was in Milan it was a stop over so I had 7 hours tops in the city. It was a Monday or Sunday and no shops (besides grocery and cafe's) were open so we wandered around. On the way back to the airport lost we had to take a cab and passed the Duomo. I thought it was gorgeous and a missed opportunity to see an actually 'sight'. Thanks for letting me visit it.

This is such a great review. As you know I went with Kat and had a fantastic time. I would go again but I don't think that I am really an afternoon tea person in general. However if I have a visitor and they are interested I could see me taking them here.

Emm in London : Exploring Kent: A Walk Along the Cray Riverway

All of our photos are deceiving to some extent! I have many photos of London blue skies and dry but never take any when it rains...I've been thinking of taking some just to balance it out. These are lovely photos, I love Kent but there are always dodgy people when I visit. Usually starts on the train ride down...
