Can't personally bring himself to do an abortion? William Hay is a psychiatrist: why would he be doing abortions? Credibility FAIL. (By the way, you should see his rating on RateMyDoc -- yikes! Sounds like he could use a little couch time himself. Suffice to say, I wouldn't let him cut on me, physically or psychologically.)

Wow. Just wow. When did pragmatism become synonymous with "gutless"? There are a LOT of good reasons for internet anonymity beyond abortion rights activism and the unwanted attention it often attracts. I blog as "JJ" (my initials) and don't post my surname on my blog, for what I would think are OBVIOUS reasons. But that said, I have enough of an internet footprint using my full name that it's not too hard to connect the dots & find out who I am -- as one nutbar did. But this wackaloon's 6-month campaign of stalking & harassing & threatening is "bogus" because he didn't actually catch up with me? THAT demented way of thinking is what's bogus here. Lastly, what are all these "libelous smears" of which you speak? In 6 years of blogging, I've only seen one prochoice comment that even came *close* to being libelous, that goofy tweet about Woodworth (which ironically the guy posted using his real name). And even if the "libelous smears" from "gutless" anonymous bloggers were flowing as fast & furious as they apparently are in your feverish imagination, internet pseudonyms offer no protection from a libel suit. So the notion that anyone hides behind anonymity to spew "libel" is, dare I say it? BOGUS.

Well, sorry the body count isn't high enough for you. I'm sure that will be remedied eventually. "I did not for one second fear for my life" LOL, of course not. We're not the side that assassinates people. (But having said that, "Theo Shulman" is a jerk if he threatened you.) There's another reason for anonymity which for obvious reasons hasn't occurred to you: any kind of activist internet footprint is frowned upon by employers, and most of us have jobs. You better hope you never have to get one.

SUZANNE, your cries and excuses are lame and irritating. "This site is a searchable database that endeavors to list every surgical abortion clinic, every "abortion pill-only" clinic, and every abortionist in the United States." NOT every abortionist who's committed a crime, NOT every abortionist with questionable practices, but every abortionist PERIOD, even including clinics that dispense the morning after pill. It's completely absurd to suggest this is anything but a hit list. Shame on you for promoting it.
