Can you, in your infinite wisdom, explain the blowout in the crops found in crop circles? Given that nobody has yet come forward explaining their method of blowing out crop stems and not damaging crops in such a way that makes it clear it was the result of using your feet and a wooden board, I place the burden of proof that it was humans who did this on others....namely you seeing as you are the first person who decided to comment.

And stop putting words in my mouth for god's sake (lol). Again, you cannot prove that it is not at least in part the result of aliens. I am fully aware of the experiments producing hallucinations equivalent to what religious people claim to experience. Yet again, there is no proof that it is not a combination of actually seeing aliens or ufos as well as hallucinations, or simply one or the other.

Now, all of this can be left alone if you chose to interpret what I said exactly as it is and do your own research before responding to something you don't think is correct.

Unfortunately it appears the author chooses to ignore explaining that all crop circles are not man made. The author also fails to prove religion is not the result of alien visitation, instead offering up a straw man. And by the way, the images in Number 10 mysteriously appear to have halos.

John Wayne, like John Travolta, have played in some good movies, but like John Travolta, they don't stand out as actors as much as some people seem to think they do. I consider both of these little more than paycheck actors. Compared to Daniel Day Lewis or Heath Ledger (as the Joker) who completely blend into their roles, they are weak.

The only thing that stands out about John Wayne is his voice, which is quite obvious in every single one of his movies. And its distinctiveness probably played a part in his popularity.

Some documentary placed the collective wealth of the Tsar in today's money at more than $1 trillion I believe. Just an interesting fact.

I question Pol Pot's prominence in this list, being placed ahead of Mao, especially seeing that he controlled a much smaller country than China and killed far less people. I have seen figures ranging from 40 million to 150 million deaths caused by Mao. That is 83 million unaccounted-for people that went missing under Mao. Mao and Stalin together make up possibly more than 100 million people that went missing under their leadership but have never been officially been declared murdered.

The United States in fact doesn't want the North Korean government to fail/fall/collapse because doing so would mean sending aid, opening the border to the South, or finding some other way to deal with the millions of North Koreans, an issue nobody wants to deal with.

Great list, however I think it could have been split into at least 2 lists with 1 consisting only of propaganda and another consisting of true facts, because there is a lot of both out there and all of these were fascinating.
