That's the looks of one very happy & excited couple! If it's going to become a trend for Jamie Durie to surprise all the winners, I'm going to start entering to win all the homes, lol. Hubby says,"Whatever", lol. BTW, big congratulations to Sandra & Kermit.

Who the heck knows what we'll have down for floors in another 10 or 20 years. Well kept wood floors are very lovely though. The wood floors in base housing was old & scratched all up when we were in NY but I got SO spoiled not having to vacumn. I hate vacumning & dusting especially dusting.

I love some good slapstick humor.

Blame it on the inlaws...lol. I don't have a clue who Vito is but I am a big Jessie James and Billy the Kid fan. Although both did some bad things, they all started for a good reason. See what politicians do to people...lol.

Glad I was able to oblige you in good bedtime reading. Yes, it's definitely less scarier than Stephen King...hehe.

I might have to take my friend up on her offer to visit her in Vermont to go check out the progress on the dream home.

Thank God no water in basement. That's why we lost so much stuff to black mold in that crappy old base housing mess we lived in while in NY. I wanted someone to videotape when they knocked that place down before building new houses for my own closure but nobody did. Oh well. It's been so long now, I no longer have nightmares about it anymore. Basements are great to have. That is one of the things I do miss about NY.

lol, I like that....everybloggie. Rustic contemporary sounds wonderful. Can't wait to see the finished product. I didn't know they had live palm trees actually growing up that way other than pots until I watched the video. Maybe I'll actually register if hubby gets orders back to NY. He can visit us alot closer than TX or NC. I have one good friend up that way so I wouldn't be too lonely.
