I'm jealous. I wish I had the attention span, and follow through to plant a garden.

Also, can you tell me why everyone plants gardens in those wood boxes these days? I see them everywhere now. When we had gardens growing up we just planted them in the ground.

There are several different... methods, for making yogurt. Some folks prefer one over the other, so I would hesitate to give you a recommendation. However, SMH's PITA apparently has a recipe that is nothing if not prolific. You might have to ask her to get it for you.

I absolutely love the IDEA of raising our own food, and living off of the land. The only problem being that I'd starve. Also, I have a short attention span. Also, ... what was this post about again?

Oh right, self sufficiency. I can brew beer. And make my own yogurt. I feel like I should get badges for that.
