I have three shows on Spreaker, but my main show is "For The Love Of Poetry & Spoken Word". With my other shows, I rarely update them.
I find doing an upload of an episode easier for me because of the style show that I do, but when I have done live shows, Spreaker makes it so easy for me and any host. I try to add one or two new episodes every week. The stuff on the show ranges from Edgar Allen Poe and Gil Scott-Heron to today's talent. Even though I like when people come and check out the shows on Spreaker itself, but they can listen at fortheloveofpoetryandspokenword.blogspot.com

You forgot to mention that one can also Upload a podcast that one has put together offline. This is how I do my show on Spreaker, as I rarely do a live show.
