Point them to their own FAQ: Will I be recontracted on the new Fibrenation plans? All customers who are given any new devices to support the subscribed plan will be recontracted for 24 months. In the event no new devices given to customers, no new contract will be imposed upon customers. You can request to speak to their supervisor on the phone.
