Gorgeous frock! I too am embarking on my first vegetable garden this year and am so excited. We inherited greenhouse when we moved into our place in Nov and it is one of my favourite places to be!

My OH climbs and I have always been a bit frightened to try it. I have no upper body strength, but trained as a dancer, so would love to do something that pushed flexibility! Maybe when I find a bit more time in my schedule!

I had a conversation with friends this weekend about taking 'mental health' days off sick, and how important that was. We always look at our physical health and how we physically feel, but more people need to think about how they actually feel, emotionally. My job is quite stressful and i do find that every now and then I need to look after myself, be it a nice relaxing evening after work, or taking a day out when it is getting too much.

Amy, you are inspired. I will be radically accepting that I can't control everything. I am an avid control freak whose home is run by clockwork so I feel like I am achieving something. Him Indoors throws me constant curveballs challenging my ability to control situations, and often I end up throwing a sulk or nagging him till I am blue in the face. I am eternally lucky that he puts up with it. This week I plan to shrug my shoulders at chaos and ACTUALLY not care.
