The problem lies in the fact that you cannot convey your thoughts very clearly in writing. On this page alone, you have used at least TWENTY SIX exclamation points and ZERO periods. Not only does that make it appear you have the education of 6th grader but it makes it very hard for those who actually has an education to read your comments and understand the messages you are trying to get others to understand.
