I\'m sorry you had such an awful flight too. I couldn\'t really say anything because the man in front of me turned out to be exceedingly old. His wife was sweetly rubbing his head and my heart simply melted.

I have assembled these up to 24 hours in advance and broiled them onsite. They work great for that. Most ganaches will harden, but you can gently reheat it- make sure to stir frequently to avoid separation and scalding. Good luck!
