Hi Patty,
I\'ve not had the mousse stick around for more than a day and a half. I think it would be fine. You may have to fluff it with a fork to loosen it or you might leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. The blue cheese addition sounds AMAZING!!

I think you could definitely add a bit of fruit to it Jessi. It\'s quite sturdy! Please do let me know how it turns out!

Thanks Jessica! My poor Ruby passed away just over a year ago, but I am so lucky to have Olive and Benny now. You can see lots of pictures on my site.

Aw thanks lovey. Strawberries and sweet potatoes are indeed strange bedfellows, but oh so good ones. Think of you often, lovely lady, and hope you are well. One of these days, we need to get in the kitchen together.

Thank you so much Kait.
I will craft a paragraph explaining that and will add a note to the image.
I\'m afraid I won\'t be able to fix the ones that are already out there in the world, but on my site, I will.
Thank you again,
Sabrina

I think you can totally drop some of the chilies and maybe replace with a variety of sweet peppers. I\'d love to hear what you think.

OMG, I totally forgot they used to sell Pastilles. The lemon were my favorite- oh and the violette with the fennel seed inside.
Are you from the area?

Thanks Jessica,
I would serve it with any savory meal. It would be great alongside a frittata or my grain free pumpkin quiche! Please do let me know if you make it and what you serve it with.
