I love coconut palm sugar. It definitely changes the flavor of the bread to something darker and richer. Lola, is a terrible sous chef and photo assistant, but she is truly adorable.

Hi Marina,
You could use coconut nectar, honey, or agave. Any wet sweetener will do.

I like to use the one from the can because it doesn\'t have any stabilizers or additives. I\'m guessing the boxed version might work as well- I\'ve made caramels with soy milk and with almond milk before, so I think coconut milk from a box would work as well.

I would have a terrible time giving up salt. I don\'t use much, but I definitely use it.
I have everything from smoked hawaiian salt to porcini salt, to himilayan... you get the picture.

It\'s amazing when you discover who loves buffalo chicken. It\'s my favorite junky junk food- and now it\'s not so bad for you ;)
