Good article, but you could not ask for a more logical choice than Dr. Moniz. No large American oil and gas company has done anything to help us use our natural gas in transportation. Shell (a Dutch company) has, ENN (A Chinese company) is. We should consider and export tax on natural gas that will build out our service station infrastructure to all areas, for both CNG and LNG.
