Obama must not be giving the opportunity to shut down the Internet for even 4 seconds. That is not Constitutional at all. That is like saying he should also have the authority to shut down another public domain like air, water or eating carrots. He has no right to do that. The real government is still WE THE PEOPLE and we need to clean house. Too many idiots who want to be rulers instead of servants of the people. We do NOT accept being treated like serfs.
