We need to embrace our natural beauty, especially African-Americans. The American standard of beauty, which is a white standard of beauty that rejects the beauty of blackness, has been one of the most destructive forces in American history. This piece calls us to acknowledge that we are beautiful just the way we are, and we don't need anyone outside of our race to let us know that we are indeed beautiful.

When we truly forgive those who do us wrong, we show people the spirit of Christ that dwells on the inside of us. It's only the spirit of Christ that can enable us to forgive people who intentionally hurt us. Good job!

I very much agree with his position on the matter. The man was simply expressing a biblical position that most Christians believe. Now, whether one agrees with his position or not is another issue, but his position is in no way disrespectful or intolerant.

Yes, being whipped is all about having a special commitment to only one person. The term is more of a celebration of the state of happiness about that special commitment to that one special person.
