I have a son who has been selected for the gifted program every year since 1st grade (he's in 6th now). Yet, this year he scored exceedingly low in math. The issue? His complete boredom with the curriculum being currently presented. I have no faith in the standard test versus the actual teaching in the classroom.

Isn't funny how if the quote doesn't bend to what they wish, suddenly it's misquoted or misused?

Because, oddly enough, there are a lot of theists out there with some bizarre obsession with pedophilia.

Being heterosexual is natural to *you*. Being homosexual is natural to those who are homosexual. I mean, unless you've actually experienced being homosexual, who are you to decide what is natural and what isn't? Unless, of course, you're going to use the ol' "God says so" bit of fluff. In which case, I suggest you go by *all* of what "God" says to do :)

Exactly like it is for those who aren't heterosexual :)

You're correct. I said the population of WA state. I didn't say registered voters. With the registered voters number plugged in we get...a whole whopping nearly 2% :)

And many more don't. Your point, previously pointed out as homophobic?

Something's not quite right. I constantly choose not to click on articles that I hold no interest in. I'm thinking "mouse-click happy" may be an appropriate affliction :)

Yes, it was a matter of choosing. You obviously chose to click on the link. So, when one decides actively to read something, one really doesn't have a lot of room to kvetch ;)

I'm not being "brash". I'm simply stating a fact. If you don't like the topic of a news article, then don't read it. I do it *all* the time. Are you incapable of not clicking the link?
