I cooked the beet greens and added them to a quiche which was pretty good. Thanks for sharing about the dip too.

We love to go out to eat but we try to only go out once or twice a month because it is so much cheaper to just eat at home!

I understand on the diapers! My youngest just potty trained. She's still in a cloth diaper at night but I've paired down the stash. I've got a small bag of diapers/diaper accessories in my van to donate this week.

Deborah, I'm glad you found this post helpful and encouraging. We have hopes for another little one sometime in the future so I've saved just a few clothing items that are my favorites of the boys and Cecilia's. Everything currently fits in a smallish storage tote and that is my limit for things I'm keeping! I get much more satisfaction passing along my kiddos outgrown clothes to friends with younger little ones.
