Was there a ghost at this meeting?

One paragraph/sentence in the article is "Attendees included Emmett Till and Gregory Johnson’s families."

Emmett Till has been dead for almost half a century. I think the author meant Emmett Till's family, which is misleading, confusing and maybe inaccurate. He has no descendants, having been murdered by several vicious white racists at 14 years of age.

Were his parents or any siblings there? Who among family are still living?

Although not in this article, comparisons of Emmett Till to any news within decades are inaccurate. Nor is there any comparison of any news (ie voting ID) to the southern Democrats' Jim Crow Laws, but that's a different matter.

However, whereas Emmett Till was minding his own business, Trayvon Martin was an aggressor -- bashing Zimmerman's head on the head on the pavement. What would you do if you had a firearm?

Users won't pay -- So get (force) taxpayers (future) to pay for stuff, bureaucracy, inefficiency & such.

Wind power is many, many centuries old, as renewable bio (ie wood).
Oil, coal & such has greatly surpassed that in capacity.

True on both points:
1. Obama is either an atheist (~75% chance) or a Muslim (~24% chance).
2. Islam is NOT a real religion (ie little morality), but based on domination (ie submission by followers), subservience (ie for Allah, & for others: dhimmi) expansion (globally), & overall is counter to many rights & liberty.

The Koran &/or Imams' interpretation even has that Muslims can lie & deceive others to favor Islam.

How so?
There is no relevance -- nothing about N vs S, or industry vs farming, or slavery.
Slavery? Nobody is proposing anything close to that, except for leftists w/their class warfare & desire to confiscate more money from the successful.
Typical lefty response -- in having neither any debatable points nor any solid reasoning, just claim racism.

Has there been any anti-minority legislation in the last 50 years?
The Dems have made many race-based laws in that time.

Having standard rules & procedures for immigration is not racist.
The leftists' desire to not enforce the rules, based upon groups, is racist, plus has many negatives to citizens.

So what if a few CEOs make a few $millions? Compare to the many entertainers (mostly lefty) -- actors, athletes & musicians -- making $millions in less time (far below a 50-hour week, full-time) & w/much less education & not providing long-term jobs for many.

Investors? Take money from companies?

Muslims is plural for persons who practice Islam, not referring to all.

About your continual claims on this anti-Islam. That's ridiculous. There are many bad aspects of Islam that people use to kill others. Being against freedom-restrictions & mass murder is anti-Islamic? Holy crap, is your mind twisted.

Your line of thinking would be anti-Jewish. For people who are against the Nazi principles, you would just label them anti-German.

Look at Ireland, for people who are against the 2 denominations killing each other, you would say that they are anti-Christian.

Marixism & Islamicism are both enemies of freedom & prosperity & particularly of the US. I'm not quite sure if you are aware of that.

Many lefty-statists use redistribution to gain more power, not for the purpose of their supposed compassion.

PP, You type "Muslim-haters". WTF? With the exception of just a few individuals, there is no indication of that. The WTC mosque clearly does not fall under the hate category. Have you forgotten the USS Cole & the WTC destruction?
It was Muslim fanatics that started this (WW 4) & did those killings. Now there has been action against Taliban, AlQueda & such, not against all Muslims.

Sorry, to say, but your use of logic & generalization is way off. Lefties use fallacious reasoning often; it is about their only way to discuss things bend/twist the issues & the minds of some.
