Unfortunately, there probably wouldn't be a printer for such a book. Publishers leap on current trends -- e.g., _Philosophy and Harry Potter_, or maxims of some character from "Mad Men."

"King of the Hill" was put out and then ignored by Fox. Even its final "season" consisted of some episodes postponed from the previous spring. However, it did keep the show going for a while: which is more than they did for "Futurama."

I wish they'd rerun the series. I'd love to see the episode where Pinky became president before the US election.

I thought Chuck Jones did well by _not_ doing 3-D animation. Go back to "The Dover Boys," or "What's Opera, Doc?" Funny and visually memorable, because they are imagined within the rectangle of the movie screen.
