Privacy surrounding the questions will be an issue for sure. Facebook don't try to profile and target me based on the questions I ask my network only on general question outside the network and let me choose what networks see my question.

Do these things and you are on a good first step to leveraging your community instead of leveraging data about your community. Everyone want to use leverage no one wants to be leveraged.

Mike good post, made me think about what I charge for my time. I am a lot like you in that some things that seem interesting or fun to me I am will to charge less, just for the experience.

My question for you is to think for pricing from a product & service perspective. How would say a car dealership look at pricing new and used vehicles and pricing service?

How would you go about making a customer feel comfortable that they are getting value?
