Michael Hyatt Blog : Rework by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson

I want this book for my son. He is 31 years old and assuming the responsibilities of a ministry that I started over 20 years ago. I started with a check for 100. and a team of volunteers. He is taking on a $1,000,000 annual budget and over 20 employees. I didn't even use a computer, his team has access to him with their needs 24/7 via text message, however he must work on less than he needs in every single area. He is young, passionate and committed, but often feels overwhelmed and out of his league. I would love to see him capture the twelve lessons listed here to help advance his success and protect his sanity. Frankly, I want to win this book for him so that I can keep the one that I buy. Moms are like that.

Mary Hess : Influencer? Conformist?

Great thoughts Mary Jo. It is rare to find a real friend who loves you just as you are and you can love right back the same way. That is a lot of blessing! I think the fact that you care about such things in a friendship makes you special. Blessings as you search your heart and let God open it to new friends. They will be very lucky! Pat

Refine Us : The Cheating Pastor

My goodness, Justin and Trisha, I happened upon your blog tonight via Twitter..I think..What an amazing testimony and blessing this was to find. I feel the sweetness of God just reading your words. His goodness constantly brings me to my knees. Thank you for the reminders of WHO HE IS verses what we WERE, or would BE without Him. Stay the course, you have so much to share. Pat Layton
