Looks like I need to check out this app. There seem to be a lot of passionate users who like the check in feature.

Supply constrained markets is a key phrase. Land locked cities like Manhattan NY - you can't make anymore of them. Leawood Kansas in Kansas City or Mission Hills KS are examples in my neck of the woods. There is nowhere for those cities to grow so the supply is constrained.

I cannot, frankly, say I am sorry for his loss. If he was too busy to research or too arrogant to follow the advice of competent real estate professional, then tough toenails.

This is a lot of work. I agree, get the forms filled out by the contractors as part of the first work order of the year.

Great article. The cartoon is pretty nice. Maybe for 2001 to 2012 you can have the flat scree traded out for twines or whatever the hot tablet is at the time. Or maybe a smartphone. Thank you again.

Pretty funny - I know its true because as a 15 year real estate veteran myself, I get those calls too. Another of my favorites is
Caller: "how come XYZ competitors website is still showing the OLD price on my house?"
Me: probably because they did not want to pay for a high speed and frequent data feed - aren't you glad you choose to work with me? (smile through the phone).

By the way you did a really great job on the webinar a few weeks ago. Wonderful.
