Another excellent post. Sounds as though it was fascinating so thank-you for sharing your thoughts on it. I particularly like the description of “If you are your best person when you come to work, we benefit.”. It is these intangible outcomes of our behaviours that so many people find difficult to comprehend while for others they are obvious.

Focussing on what others need and desire and delivering it with passion and conviction is incredibly powerful and is what people really want in times of difficulty or change.
Glad to have discovered your blog.

The e-book is great, especially for me as a Facebook virgin. I've been working my way through the book and now appreciate what I must and must not do in order for Facebook to work for my business.
With so many sites out there and opportunities for on-line networking it's important for small businesses to optimize their use of sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin (on top of their own web-sites and blogs). With a reported half a billion Facebook users (I do wonder how many are live accounts by the way) it's a fair bet that existing and potential clients/customers will use it and just as a few years back it was becoming the norm for all companies to have a web-site it now looks as though we are seeing the same with Facebook.
Your e-book is a very welcome, and timely, guide to getting Facebook right first time for a business.
Thanks again.

Good points here. Much of the guidance and advice for businesses to make referrals comes from the US where the practice is extremely common and individuals don't feel they have to hold back in any way. Not the same the world over though.
