The EPA is definitely not manned by a mature individual. I am reminded of those in-laws that attempted to insert their authority where and whenever they could to change the course of a somewhat benign situation. The head of EPA, who is none other than Lisa Jackson seems to act on her own volition with Obama's okay. She is like those over bearing in-laws families dread to deal with.

From my point of view this president, Obama became once again the chameleon. Some of the SOTU speech was crafted in a weird sort of conservative tone. this was done to garner the independent vote when he does his swing state voter rally.

From my poiint of view this president, Obama became once again the chameleon. Some of the SOTU speech was crafted in a weird sort of conservative tone. this was done to garner the independent vote when he does his swing state voter rally.
In an odd sense the speech sounded like a first term pre-office speech like the constant campaigner he is. For all his "fairness" there is the still pervasive tone of ideology bent towards 'neo'-socialism reminiscent of Marxist precepts.

Even if while in office that Obama does not get impeached there should be hope that legal proceedings will follow after he is out of office. I don't know if statue of limitations will stand afterwards. If there is a haunting of conscience, Obama will suffer for a long time with the weight of his actions.

Just what I was thinking. If Obama wants to rule by Fiat, why not have someone send a message that we the people will rule by Civilian fiat.
As a suggestion and as advice to those impacted by these regulations, ignore by peacefully disregard until a satisfactory legislated solution is put in place. The notice has to be put out for these regulators to take notice.

Almost all dictatorships do not end well. Governing by fiat or executive order is not good in the long run where the intent is to side step laws already on the books. The thing to fear is when executive orders are used to the point of bending to a breaking point, then government has lost, lost it's mandate to govern.
