I feel like Facebook will take the chance to differentiate pages from profiles with the timeline. LIke allowing for a side bar that's much like the cover photo or in some other way making it clear that from the format it's a business page and not a personal profile

I use a phone call to start the conversation and follow up with email; doing this ensures I standout from someone who is only emailing, but still have everything written down. Also I find that I can get a feel for which the reporter prefers while I'm on the phone and will resort to using that mode of communication a little more than others.

Great list! Even though I'm still a student I like to keep myself up to date.
