I'm curious about this distribution as well. I wonder if showcasing this Nexus S at Best Buy isn't perhaps the first step for Google in having Best Buy develop an Android experience department in their wireless department -- which would feature tables, phones, etc.

Certainly Google is smart enough to know that there's little compelling about the Nexus S to drive people to line up to buy one. That's why I'm guessing (hoping) this is only step one of a marketing plan.

I wonder if the reporter looked at the stiches or saw any evidence that he sought treatment at a hospital. It looks a little far fetched to me.

What am I missing - shouldn't town police forces always be cracking down on crime? Isn't that what they do? How's this a story? Or is the implication that the police department was not fighting crime before but now they really really are going to start..
