Love the pano, wish you had a full screen version of it. I took a pano of Paris and noticed that on the web they look quite boring actually, but when on gets a full screen version it's a whole different story. http://martinsoler.com/2010/09/04/paris-panorama-...

Well from experience, they actually do give pagerank with no-follow links. I did a test had a blog set up with 97% incoming no-follow links. Within a few month it had Pagerank of 4, so they totally take it into account. I guess what happens though is that the site with the outgoing links is less penalized than if they were just normal links.

Hm that's interesting, but Google doesn't entirely ignore no-follow to my knowledge. Or do they?

Nice post, about a year ago our company started selling social media campaigns to our clients. At first it was just a great salesman's speech and suddenly a contract fell on my desk with no further instructions. So pretending like this was all under control I went to see the client and get all their stories. Started testing everything I could, spending late nights to compensate for the lack of results and after the first month due to much luck their sales increased dramatically. Surely I wasn't sure it came from my actions but it was a great coincidence and client said ok to continue. Since then lots of hours later (and many nights) we've worked out a pretty efficient strategy for Social media for hotels and COMBINED WITH OTHER ACTIONS it creates a lot of sales.
Those taking the social media campaign double or triple their sales compared to regular customers. Of course it's not just that, it consists of lots of parallel actions. But it can be measured, if in no other way that when we stop sales start lagging and peter out.
