Thanks for sharing the Lewis quote. It's one I've not come across, but I love it. The notion that a certain friend is necessary for my whole self to be fully there, fully known! How strange and weird and wonderful --so like God to orchestrate things in this way! Maybe that's one reason why God is triune, 3-in1.--He's a community in Himself and as such illustrates the importance of relationship.
