A hit job? My friend go and review his record while a member of congress and the senate. It wasn't a hit job. The numbers, legislation, and spending bills are all there.

If you support him, fine. Good on you. I ain't mad at you. But at least half-heartedly admit he was a big government, right wing, compassionate conservative.

I am not a big fan of that crowd.

the point is, Santorum was every much apart of the class and was a leader in earmarks. Not my words, you can check Club for Growth which dissects every senator and congressman.

I never said Santorum did anything illegal. Never implied it once. But he was certainly a big part of the culture in Washington that produced such behavior. Look up the K-Street Project as another commenter pointed out.

I have no respect for that crop of legislators. They were all crooked and nothing but big government right wingers.

Paul is right when he's right. Most of the time he's a complete wreck, especially where foreign policy is involved.
