Oh my goodness. I did that last week. I live in a shared house with 8 other people whose religious beliefs vary from totally antagonistic to regular church goers. And as I've been getting to know them, the question comes up, "Are you religious?" My tactic has been pretty honest, though its effectiveness is debatable. My answer is, "I don't like the term religious, but yeah, I'm a Christian." And I try to throw in a smile to show that I am happy to be a Christian, even though I'm not always thrilled with that label either. Like you said, it's all about actions. And since I live with these people, that's gonna be a big deal. There's no hiding from them! :)

Beth Moore hugged me once!!!! It was Passion One Day 03, and massive rains had caused cars to start sliding on the muddy hills where they were parked. The result was a huge line of other cars outside of the event waiting to find out where they could park. Mess. We finally got out and were standing in the line when the friend I was with said, "That's Beth Moore!" And it was. She was just walking down the line encouraging and loving on people. That alone proves about 4 of your points. (Take that, Jon!)
