My waffle iron has a side that looks like a bouquet of roses....and I love to make this with ground bison or chipped beef instead of sausage....and now I know what my weekend menu must include!

That does sound dangerously good. BTW, the boots of doom? Wrap them in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer for 24 hours...it kills the bacteria that makes the smell.
