Brilliant! Thank you for this great post. I found this awesome blog thanks to Michael Hyatt's re-Tweet. I've always wondered why I think of others when I do, and this makes awesome sense. I will try to act on it more often. http://www.kellycroy.wordpress.com

Michael Hyatt Blog : Leadership and Forgiveness, Part 2

I firmly believe the greatest gift we can give someone in life is a second chance. Andy Andrews and Michael Hyatt are two amazing men. I follow both on Twitter and I read their blogs regularly. (Andy needs to post more often.) I have read every Andy Andrews book, and I am looking forward to the Heart Mender. (I would like to compare how it evolved from Island of Saints.) Hoping I win a copy. One of my favorite quotes that goes along with Andy's theme is, "All Saints have a past, all sinners have a future." (I believe Oscar Wilde said this.) Best wishes to all. Also hoping Andy returns ask a guest on Hyatt's blog. Wonderful reading.

Michael Hyatt Blog : Leadership Question #1: Who Has Impacted Your Leadership the Most?

This is an easy one. I'm 40 years old, and to this day the biggest impact in leadership in my life was The Boy Scouts of America. I became an Eagle Scout. I wish more young men were interested in Scouting today. Some simple leadership principles to build leadership include surrounding yourself with other model leaders, working to become your best, service to others, being mentored in leadership roles, being thrust into leadership positions, living by a code of conduct, and more. I could go on and on. If it has to be a person then Baden Powell. Thanks for listening.

John, your Standard Theme looks absolutely stunning and easy to use. I want to blog more often and I believe your theme will make it easier to do that. I love the look and design of Michael Hyatt's website, and if he recommends you then I know this is good for me. My recent post Build a Club You Can Be Proud Of
