Ha! I had this happen to me for the first time a few days ago. I was in the bedroom getting ready, and my husband and son were in the car already. I called his name and... nothing, went to the back yard... nothing, started getting frantic, calling his name louder. (My dog was out in the back yard still, but I KNOW he'd be going to hell, even if he did have a soul). Finally he came around and said he didn't hear me... after I had a heart attack, a panic attack, and a few frantic prayers asking "What the heck, God?"

Just another day...

Disagree. A person's advice who's been through a horrible marriage and is succeeding at a second one is less qualified to give marriage advice? I know of one couple who are on their second marriage each and work very hard at it. I would take her advice any day because of her insight to what went wrong and preventing it from happening.

I actually had a guy break up with me after reading that book. Actually, we weren't even dating... we were talking. But he totally cut the relationship off. Whatever, I'm not bitter or anything. :)

Now he's in seminary and extra-holy, so I guessed it worked for him.
