I am a Dietetics student and I am very aware of my performance in the gym. My main goal right now is to increase my muscle mass, so nutrition for performance is CRUCIAL for me right now. I find that eating enough to gain some pounds is extremely difficult and I never knew that I could house so much food! It's really a double-edged sword! Haha

Yum! I need to make this soon. Have to buy some honey and sliced almonds first. I bet it would be really great in coconut milk. I stopped eating dairy, but your greek yogurt has me craving it!

All of your desserts look lovely! I haven't had any time to do paleo baking, but would love to soon because I am having mad cravings for cookies and milk. :/

I love all of your eats posts! They give me ideas. :) I am also loving two eggs in the morning. Keeps me full and focused. Lately my boyfriend has been cooking us awesome breakfasts of egg scrambles (with pesto or taco seasoning), bacon, and fruit with sunflower seed butter. It's the best. :D

Haha, I love finding new and enticing meats since eating a more paleo-comprised diet! Your day seemed like it was a blast. You girls would be so cool to meet and hang with. I need to meet some people around my area who like lifting and caveman food as much as I do. =P

I am so glad that you did this review! I was contemplating buying some ON Natural Whey. GLAD I didn't! Too bad that it doesn't work very well for you though. :( I am thinking about buying ON Casein. I have heard good things about it. I am just going to have to suck it up and deal with the sucralose. It's not like I eat it all day every day anyway. Everything in moderation...

I AM MAKING THOSE COOKIES!!! I had flax meal in my oats this morning, and when the pb mixed with the flax, it tasted like a pb cookie! I bet I could make paleo cookies with pb and flax...well, they wouldn't be paleo because of the peanuts, but ya know!
