Apple needs Office if it wants to sell to government & institutions. Office is not just the product, its the file types that a lot of custom software in business & gov't deals well with. And imagine not having to train workers on a new office program. they can just tell workers "Its the same one you use now."

I think car audio integration is another big market. Listening to music through your iPhone headphones, then get in the car, and the music keeps going. Using controls in your car to control the phone's music player, automagically switching when you get a call/Siri, etc.
