If there was a list of 10 hot cartoon characters Jem would be on it.

That's right, I went there.

Gorillaz are awesome! You should see them playing live in Harlem on Youtube.

speaking of number 4, i think men at work were recently done for plagiarising the flute section of down under from a song used by girl guides in Australia.

Totally agree. Whilst parts of Ayn Rand's philosophy make a bit of sense, put it all together and it is crap. If anything, you could argue that applying Rand's philosophy is what got companies like AIG, GM, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac into trouble in the first place.

Speaking of Ayn Rand (earlier), she reminds me of Leonard Hofstadter's mum in the tv comedy The Big Bang Theory.

Atlas Shrugged shouldn't be here as it wasn't that difficult to read or understand. The thing about it though, was that Ayn Rand's philosophy (Objectivism) didn't seem to match with some aspects of her life. She was married (not the best arrangement in which to have the "taking care of number 1" mentality), she tried to get her family out of Russia, and she taught soldiers to read during the Russian revolution.

I am looking forward to reading George W Bush's book. Don't know whether it will be difficult or not, but in order to decide whether you agree with him or not, you have to see things from his side of the fence.

Whilst I don't like Russell Crowe movies, or maths, I really liked A Beautiful Mind. And Rain Man taught me that you can learn something from anyone, even if they have an intellectual disability, or their listverse points are so low :-)

Time Travel(needs more research)? And supernatural=no way. Is there science behind time travel? With regards to rain man, I don't think having super memory means you are a genius (Oxford dictionary defines intellect this way : "The power of using your mind to think logically and understand things"). Rain man/Kim Peek may have had a huge memory, but did he understand what he had memorized, what it meant?. If he did, he may have then decided that some of what he had memorized wasn't worth memorizing in the first place.
