Oh, I see, Dax. So what you're saying is, any movie that contains a high level of propaganda deserves comparison to "Triumph of the Will". I guess that includes Michael Moore and Oliver Stone movies, then. And "An Inconvenient Truth". And "Lions for Lambs". And "V for Vendetta". And...

Debbie Schlussel is a paranoid lunatic who accuses everyone who disagrees with her of being anti-Semetic, including pro-Israel individuals like, Stephen Crowder and Glenn Beck. There's no reason to take anything she says seriously.

And these are the same critics that raved about movies like "V for Vendetta" and "Shooter", in which they got to see their political enemies slaughterd on screen by the films' "heroes", often in cold blood.

But watching an army sniper shoot a terrorist? Well, that's just morally uncomfortable for them.

Reading the critical reaction to this film has been enlightening, to say the least. Roger Ebert admitted that it was exciting and well-made, but he refused to give it a positive review. His excuse was that the characters weren't very well-developed.

This is the same Roger Ebert who gave four stars to the anti-American "Green Zone", because apparently that movie had such well-developed characters.

"Why should [the Holocaust] influence Israeli policy"? Why shouldn't it? It sure seems relevant to me. Ever heard the saying that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it?

He's right- we should give Obama all the time he needs to deliver on his promises. Just like how liberals patiently gave Bush all the time he needed to win the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
