Doesn't seem fair that they would start the 7 year reporting clock over again but they do! Seek good advice before paying off your debts and working in your credit report.

New FTC laws passed last Dec also would challenge the "30 days." If the FTC wanted to challenge the 30 days they claim, that company would have to prove that this is their "average or normal result," Tough to do... be careful with your advertising. Jim.

Mike, great advice. We just had a client, after 2 payments, claim that he has done all the work and is calling the bureau's even though we have proof of letters going out and items already deleted and repaired. He also has 37 other items in dispute! Drives you crazy when we try to be fair and just. Good advice - also don't forget about all the wasted time for you and your staff dealing with those people and negative energy. Just move on. Jim.

Mike love your new books and look forward to the rolling out of your cash machine! Keep up the good fight and keep us all in line while we try to help the consumers. You and your team are a wealth of knowledge. Keep us posted on the new laws coming up in July, that will open a whole new avenue of disputing. Jim

Hey Mike;

We are using Public Savings Bank, and they have a great secured credit card program. Only has a one time $97 sign up fee. $300-$1500 limits.

Hope that helps! Thanks for all your great advice on the webinars!
