MyFitnessPal has been a great tool because it forces you to think about every bite of food you eat. I work out 7 days a week and I have come to the conclusion that diet controls about 85% of weight loss and exercise no more than 15%. Exercise can make you toned and feel better but exercise alone will not result in weight loss.
