Those days suck. I don't have a whole lot to say that is fabulous but I want you to know I know how it feels. I miss my old self before Charlie died. I think part of what we (people who have suffered a traumatic event) miss is our innocence. We lost that part of ourselves that couldn't believe something like "this" could happen to us. So we do have to find that new normal and unfortunately for me, that new normal is a life with bad days. Luckily they are few and far between but they're still there. I hope just the act of saying it out loud gives you a little peace today. xoxo
