This could be a cultural difference. Who closes bathroom doors once you've had kids?

Ha. :)
I don't really want credit for any of them. This is inspiring me to do a blogpost about good Canadian music, past and present (as in, the lesser known stuff). And I'm not even talking the Hockey Night in Canada theme song...
Maybe I'll just do a "Dead or Canadian?" post.
Do you like how I brainstorm blog post ideas in public places? I didn't have a marker when I was in the bathroom stall so Ricky's blog will have to suffice. Feel free to suggest any other topics I should write about.

Funny, Chad. We are saving the world from overpopulation...

But Anne Murray was the first Canadian female to reach #1 on the US charts. Oh, the things we give you. Anne, Alanis, Shania, Feist. I'd be remiss if I didn't add Nickelback and Bieber. Maybe we should all be using more "balloons."

I saw Bryan Adams. Cuts Like a Knife, baby. Front row centre tickets. I swear the drummer tried to throw me his drum sticks. It's all in my 8th grade journal. Embarrasingly. Then there was the Tears for Fears concert. I flirted with the bouncers and got invited backstage but my spidey senses tingled (the bad tingling, that is) and I left. And then there was John Cougar Mellencamp, because I was born in a small town.

And movies? Top Gun, please. I watched the volleyball scene in slow mo on my VCR. I was analysing their style. Seriously. Val Kilmer has way better spiking form than Mr. Crazy Cruise. Seriously!

Albatross. Whatever that means.

Even then you were interested in Canada!

Awesome. Even in Canada.

I would have stopped, dropped and rolled. It's my answer to all crises involving food.

You're living The Office! Or Office Space. Did you file your TPS Reports?

My weirdest work story is an admin decision made at a school I taught at in the middle east. Due to the congestion in the halls, they decided to make all the hallways in the 2-story school one-way. I raised my hand and said, "So, for me to go to the bathroom, I'm going to have turn right out of my classroom, walk all the way to the far end of the hall, walk upstairs, walk all the way down that hallway, and walk downstairs to the bathroom that is two doors down from my classroom?"

The answer: "Yes."

I bucked the system. I turned left out my hall and walked backwards.

Do you drop things all the time? That's what happened to me in Trimester 3, sweating my way through Thailand's hottest season...

Hope you start sleeping within the year...

Hilarious. Trampy indeed.

I coordinated a Medieval Banquet for 100 people (National Junior High Speech and Debate Championships). I would have rather tried to get a pet rock to do calculus...

In good news, no one got their head permanently stuck in the stocks...
